Internships
Internships: What to Expect
Gain real-world experience that will set you apart. As an intern at Stephens & Company, PLLC, you’ll work directly with our team on a variety of client facing projects that will build both technical experience and professional confidence.

Each January through April, our Internship Program immerses students in a fast-paced public accounting environment—one of the most educational and rewarding experiences you can have as an aspiring professional.
During the program, you will:
1. Be trained by our Professional Staff on firm and industry best practices
2. Collaborate in a supportive team environment with hands-on mentors who care deeply about your current and future success
3. Build your professional network and gain practical skills that will last a lifetime
4. Earn college credit toward your academic goals

This program is open to students pursuing a career in accounting who are eager to learn, grow, and gain meaningful experience.
