Makayla played a key role in ensuring a smooth transition for clients during the firm’s acquisition, joining Stephens & Company as part of that process. She now oversees client satisfaction and relationship management, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.

Known for her caring attitude, relatable nature, and sense of humor, Makayla creates a welcoming environment for everyone she works with. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading great books, listening to music, and spending time with her dog, Mia.
