Roger T. Bollard has worked in public accounting his entire career. He owned and operated his own practice for over 40 years and joined Stephen’s & Company, PLLC in 2020. Over the years, he has worked with numerous clients across various industries, developing a strong presence in the medical industry. His longevity in the field can be attributed to his ability to help his clients reach their goals, both operationally and financially. Roger enjoys identifying issues and finding satisfactory resolutions through research, planning & implementation. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and biking outdoors, tending to his yard and cheering on his favorite teams - the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
